Our Story
Khare Mishra & Partners LLP, Advocates is the result of a strategic amalgamation of two leading legal practices in India specializing in commercial, infrastructure, and energy law. This collaboration brings together the expertise of Abhishek Khare, Founder and Managing Partner of Khare Legal Chambers LLP, and Sanjay Mishra, formerly of Widhivata LLP. Together, they have combined their respective strengths in infrastructure, energy, mining, commercial law, banking, and more to establish Khare Mishra & Partners LLP, Advocates, effective from November 1, 2024.

Since founding Khare Legal Chambers LLP on September 1, 2007, he has built a distinguished commercial law firm known for its excellence in antitrust, dispute resolution, energy, infrastructure, maritime, and regulatory affairs.
