She has served as an Independent Director (2022-Present), overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and accounting standards. Between 2017-2019, she was Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Rainbow Children’s Medicare Ltd., where she developed policies on intellectual property and workplace harassment. At GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (2011-2015), she managed high-value contracts and corporate litigation, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. Earlier, she was Assistant Manager at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (2006-2010), overseeing procurement contracts and U.S. immigration law compliance.
